1. Holiday Promotional Campaign

Objective: Send a one-off holiday email highlighting top sellers.

  1. Discover Top Sellers In Chats, click " + ", name it Holiday_Top_Sellers, select holiday_products.csv, then ask: “Show me the top five products by total sales during last year’s holiday season.” Review the chart and table Dolly returns.
  2. Build Your Agent
  3. Review & Launch Email Template
  4. Monitor & Iterate On the Agents Dashboard, watch Users Reached and Click Rate. If below target, tweak your Business Rules or update the dataset, then redeploy.

2. Re-Engaging Inactive Customers

Objective: Win back users with no purchases in the last 90 days.

  1. Identify Dormant Users In Chats, click " + ", name it Inactive_Customers, select your sales CSV, then ask: “List customers with no orders in the last 90 days.” Dolly returns a chart and table.
  2. Prepare Your Segment Export the results as inactive_customers.csv; upload it via the Repository " + " button.
  3. Build Your Agent
  4. Review & Launch Email Template
  5. Monitor & Iterate Track Users Reached and Click Rate on the dashboard. If reactivation is low, adjust criteria or incentives and redeploy.

3. Cross-Sell Campaign for Related Products

Objective: Promote complementary products to recent purchasers.

  1. Find Recent Buyers In Chats, click " + ", name it Recent_Buyers, select your transactions CSV, then ask: “Show customers who purchased product X in the last 30 days.” Review Dolly’s results.
  2. Export & Upload Export as buyers_of_X.csv and upload via Repository.
  3. Build Your Agent
  4. Review & Launch Email Template
  5. Monitor & Iterate Observe Segment Distribution and Click Rate. Refine recommendations or timing and redeploy as needed.
