Usage

1. Uploading & Managing Data

  1. Supported Formats: Upload only CSV or Excel (.xlsx) files; other formats aren’t accepted.
  2. Uploading Files: Click the " + " button in the Repository to add new datasets.

2. Interactive Analysis with Chats

  1. Create a Chat: In the Chats module, click " + " icon, give your chat a name, and select a CSV or .xlsx source.
  2. Natural-Language Queries: In the “Ask Dolly” pane, type questions like “Show sales by region this quarter” and get instant AI-driven insights (charts, tables, or messages).

3. Automating Campaigns with Agents

  1. Step 1 – Rules: Choose your data source, assign an Agent Role (e.g., “Promotions Specialist”), set a clear Goal (e.g., “Increase click-through by 15%”), and add business filters (e.g., total_spent > 100).
  2. Step 2 – Template: Define the “From” address, select a tone (Friendly or Professional), and write your instructions and signature.
  3. Step 3 – Preview: View a populated real email.
  4. Step 4 – Schedule: Review the populated execution plan and click Submit to deploy.

4. Monitoring & Optimization

  • Live Dashboard: After deployment, track Users Reached, Click Rate, and Segment Distribution in real time.
  • Trend Analysis: Use the Engagement Over Time chart to spot peaks and dips mid-campaign.
